Judge Slagle to speak

Jim Slagle, judge for the Marion County Court of Common Pleas, will be our speaker today. Judge Slagle presides over criminal felony and major civil cases. He has 30 years of executive management and public policy experience. Slagle is an experienced trial lawyer, having conducted over 160 jury trials, written over 300 appellate briefs and appeared in the courts of 23 Ohio counties.

His legal experience includes criminal prosecution, employment law, collective bargaining, competitive bidding, contracts, public records, and personal injury litigation. Marion Noon Kiwanis meets at 11:30am at the Marion Public Library, 445 East Church Street.
