Our speaker this week is former Treasurer of the United States Mary Ellen Withrow, who served as treasurer of her home state of Ohio. Before that she was elected treasurer of her native Marion County. This makes her the only person to have held the post of treasurer at all three levels of government—local, state and national. Marion Noon Kiwanis meets every Thursday at the Marion Public Library at 11:30am, 445 East Church Street. Join us!.
