Dean Jacob was installed as president for the Marion Noon Kiwanis by Kiwanis Lt. Gov. Dick Brulott.
Jacob, an active attorney since 1986—focusing primarily in real estate, estate planning, and probate law—now uses those skills to manage the many functions as president and CEO of the Marion Community Foundation. The Foundation is a charitable non-profit organization that manages over $41 million in endowed funds that have been generously donated to it over time.
He also was a teacher and coach for River Valley from 1998 to 2013. “I am proud to have worked with many dedicated educators and to have touched the lives of hundreds of students. Those who can, teach!,” says Jacob.
He received his Bachelor of Arts in Government and International Studies from the University of Notre Dame and his Juris Doctor from The Ohio State University Mortiz College of Law.
